First you need to request a visit. If the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation and you follow the guidelines which are sent with this confirmation. The visits have to be requested online and need to be paid in advance.

When the group consists of more than 15 participants, we hire 2 guides and the price will double. The payment needs to be made online at the moment of booking. Cancelled visits will not be reimbursed. When Volvo Car Gent needs to cancel the visit due to force majeure, you will receive a voucher to plan your visit at a later date.
